Setup is easy and you will only have to do it ONCE.
I cover it step by step in the video below. Once you purchase, you will get a link to make a personal copy of the spreadsheet. When you’ve opened it up you will only need to do the following:
- Get your keywords Everywhere API key.
- Paste it into your copy of the spreadsheet.
- Approve the permission requests from Google. (without this, it will not work!)

What else do I need to use TrendResearcher?
Apart from a free Google Account to use Google Sheets, you will need a Keywords Everywhere account which starts at $27 per year for 100,000 keyword searches.

How Do I Set It Up?
Set up takes less than 5 minutes and is covered in detail in a written step by a step tutorial (see it here) and a video tutorial.
Here it is in a nutshell:
1. Make a copy of the spreadsheet that is emailed to you after purchase.
2. Paste in your Keywords Everywhere API key.
3. Approve the Appscript security prompt.

Google Says I Can’t Trust The Script in My Account
You will have to approve the Google Warning by selecting “Go to Untitled Project” and then clicking “Allow” If you don’t feel comfortable doing this I totally understand. Safety is very important and you shouldn’t buy this template.
Unfortunately there is no way around this. The code in the Appscript was actually written by Keywords Everywhere (see it here) and I have no way of verifying it with Google.
If you don’t feel you can trust the code (or me) you won’t be able to use it. So please please don’t buy this unless you are willing to approve it in Google Sheets.

Can I use it without approving the script?
You could, but you would be limited to pasting in the keywords you get from Google using the Keywords Everywhere Chrome extension (see video above) but you would be limited to the keywords it shows in the “People Also Search For” boxes
Once you approve the script (as shown in the setup video) you can get data on ANY keywords or phrases you want.
